It shows the Hon. H.J.C Browne, Chairman of the Hong Kong Tourist Association, with the poster painted by David Lam, which won the international graphic art poster competition at the annual general assembly of the International Union of Official Travel Organisations (IUOTO) at Dublin in 1969.
