Urbanus researched and delivered the proposal of building a complex integrating residential and commercial purpose in the Xinzhou urban village in 2004. The proposal aimed at stimulating dynamics in the community by attracting alternative business, while drastically enhancing the living condition in the site. It employed a strategy to partition different units by their programmatic functions, and then arrange them vertically into the two main towers. This series consists of five sub-series arranged by work type.
