• Fee: Participants need to purchase admission tickets (General Admission or Special Exhibition). Concession tickets are available to full-time students, while faculty or teaching staff need to purchase standard tickets.

Each tour can accommodate a 5–25 participants. Faculty and teaching staff count as participants. We recommend a 1:10 ratio of teachers to students. If the participating faculty and teaching staff exceed the ratio, we may reject the tour application.

• Please state the preferred gallery for the tour arrangement.
• Self-guided visits will be arranged if a curator cannot lead the tertiary tour due to force majeure.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay.
• A confirmation email will be sent to successful applicant. Please present the email as a token of admission on the date of visit.
• Once the application is confirmed, it cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred to other parties.
• Official receipt will be posted within 14 working days after the visit date.
• Please arrive at the Ground Floor Information Desk ten minutes before the tour start time. If participants are late by30 minutes or more, related tours will be considered as forfeited.
• The tertiary group tour will be cancelled if the Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Signal is issued within 3 hours before the tour begins or within 4 hours of M+ closing time. Under these circumstances, applicant may request reschedule the tour in 14 working days to the available session within a month.
