Participants may sit on the floor and be in contact with charcoal pen and poster paint which may adhere to their clothing during the programme. These materials can be washed off with water.

Participants are also recommended to bring small towels to remove washable paint on their hands and feet and are welcome to use the workshop space for cleaning after the programme ends. Please plan your itinerary if necessary.

We can make accommodations for wheelchair users and participants who are pregnant. Chairs will be provided for the elderly, pregnant women, and other participants in need with limited availability. Please reach out to our Programme Assistants for further assistance during the programme.

• Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued at or after 07:00, or
• Black Rainstorm Warning is issued at or after 07:00.
