This series consists of 11 drawings of The Colonnade Condominiums project, which was completed between 1980 and 1986. It is situated next to the Grange Road, in a high-end residential area of Singapore.
The building comprises of 90 units. The residence is elevated by rows of columns at the ground level, explaining the building's name. Duplexes are contained in each rectangular quadrant, while four of them complied around a central core to form each floor. The irregular arrangement of balconies allows sunlight to enter the room.
Renderings and floor plans are included. Some of the plans show the distribution within the duplex.
