This series consists of twenty-three drawings for Jinling Hotel Management Training Centre project. It is located at Jiangning District, Nanjing and was constructed from 1987 to 1991. The establishment of the training centre was aimed to cultivate hotel management talents. In 2001, it merged with Nanjing Tourism School to provide tourism vocational education. They were restructured into Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality in 2007.

The training centre has ten storeys with a basement. Different types of guest room and suite were built for the purpose of training and practice. The drawings in this series show the architecture and interior designs. They contain title block which shows the information of the related parties for the project, including P&T Architects and Engineers HK, P&T (M&E) Limited, and Architectural Design & Research Institute, Nanjing Institute of Technology, Nanjing, China.
