David Lam Archive 林鎮輝檔案

David Lam Chun-Fai, a notable painter, was born in Hong Kong and gained recognition for his expansive and majestic landscapes. During his formative years, Lam received artistic training from Lee Byng, a Canadian-trained artist. After completing secondary school, Lam worked at the Hong Kong City Hall Museum and Art Gallery, and then became one of founders to the Circle Art Group. In 1965, he emigrated to Canada and continued to actively pursue his artistic endeavours overseas.

David Lam Archive comprises approximately 60 items, encompassing primary materials such as sketches and drawings of Lam's artworks, printed materials related to exhibitions, photographic records of his creations, newspaper clippings covering exhibitions, and correspondence.
