The Temple of Aaron congregation was founded in 1911 and its original synagogue in Saint Paul was destroyed by fire in April 1952. In 1954 the congregation commissioned Percival Goodman to design the replacement temple, which was dedicated in December 1956. This project was numbered B35 by Wang Chiu-Hwa.
