Doryun Chong:
Welcome to Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now.
This exhibition brings together works that Yayoi Kusama made over the course of more than seven decades. The show is organised around six themes: Infinity, Accumulation, Biocosmic, Radical Connectivity, Death and, the Force of Life. Throughout the exhibition you will see how Kusama’s personal experiences impacted her artmaking and how she was a pioneer in a field often dominated by men.
I’m Doryun Chong, the Deputy Director, Curatorial, and Chief Curator of M+.
