Mondays: Closed

Tuesdays to Fridays: 11:00–21:30 (Last order: 21:00)

About AGATE

The name AGATE symbolises eternity, nobility, and elegance. It refers to jade in its natural form, uncarved and pure, representing the essence of Cantonese cuisine in Chinese culture.​

This purity is presented to guests in an elegantly balanced manner, allowing them to savour the exquisite flavours of the international fusion cuisine.​

Exquisite Dishes

AGATE enthusiastically suggests a range of exquisite dishes, such as the Minced Grouper Broth, Steamed Mud Crab with Lotus Leaves, and Sweet and Sour Pork with Freeze-Dried Figs, all expertly crafted by the head chef to deliver an authentic and memorable dining experience that delights the senses.
